PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE
The photography service provided by Edson consists of capturing images and delivering them in digital or printed format, as previously agreed upon with the client.
USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS
Edson reserves the right to use photographs taken during sessions for promotional, advertising, or portfolio purposes. This includes but is not limited to: social media posts, websites, or printed materials. If the client has restrictions on this use, they must communicate them in writing prior to the session.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photographs taken by Edson are the exclusive intellectual property of the photographer. The purchase of images grants the client personal, non-commercial usage rights unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
In case of cancellation by the client, a cancellation fee may apply. If the cancellation occurs less than 2 days in advance, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
